This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate contract we may have with a customer, including our Terms and Conditions, Data Processing Addendum, order forms, or other service agreements.

Depending on the context, Inquirly may act as either a controller/business or a processor/service provider/contractor.
a. When We Act as a Controller or Business
We act as a controller or business when we determine how and why personal information is processed for our own purposes, including when we process information about website visitors, prospects, leads, account owners, billing contacts, and customer administrators.
b. When We Act as a Processor, Service Provider, or Contractor
We act as a processor, service provider, or contractor when we process personal information on behalf of our business customers and under their instructions. This may include Customer Data such as support conversations, inbox content, contacts, customer-uploaded content, call data, transcripts, recordings, knowledge base content, and other information submitted to the Services by or for a customer.
If you are an end customer or contact interacting with one of our customers through the Services, that customer is generally responsible for how your information is collected and used. Please contact that customer directly with questions about their privacy practices.
4. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us and the Services. We may collect the following categories:
a. Account and Profile Information
Such as name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title, profile photo, account credentials, workspace settings, and user role information.
b. Customer and Contact Information
Such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, support contact details, conversation participants, and contact records created or synced by a customer.
c. Communications and Support Data
Such as messages, support tickets, chat transcripts, email content, attachments, notes, survey responses, meeting requests, and communications with us or through the Services.
d. Call, Voice, and Transcript Data
Where available in the Services, we may process call metadata, call recordings, voicemail, voice content, transcripts, summaries, timestamps, routing data, and related logs.
e. Billing and Transaction Information
Such as billing contact details, subscription details, payment status, invoices, transaction history, and limited payment-related metadata. Payment card information is generally processed by our payment processors and not stored by us in full.
f. Integration Data
Such as information made available through connected third-party services, including Gmail, Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, Google Analytics, PostHog, and other integrations enabled by a customer or user.
g. Product Usage and Diagnostic Information
Such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, log files, session activity, feature usage, clickstream data, crash data, error reports, performance metrics, and other technical diagnostics.
h. Website, Cookie, and Analytics Information
Such as cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, referral URLs, pages viewed, actions taken on our websites, campaign information, and analytics data.
i. Marketing and Event Information
Such as webinar registrations, event attendance, lead forms, newsletter preferences, ad engagement data, and communications preferences.

- directly from you, such as when you create an account, contact us, request a demo, subscribe, or use the Services;
- from our customers, such as when they add users, upload data, connect channels, or otherwise use the Services;

7. AI-Enabled and Automated Features
Our Services may include AI-enabled or automated features that help customers classify, summarize, route, draft, prioritize, or otherwise process communications and support workflows.
We may use Customer Data and other content submitted to the Services to provide these features within the customer’s environment and to deliver the requested functionality.
We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose or shared AI models.
Customers are responsible for determining what information they submit to the Services, how they configure workflows, and whether human review is required for particular use cases.
8. Google and Gmail Data
If you or a customer connects Gmail or another Google service to the Services, we may access, use, store, and process Google user data only as needed to provide and support the specific functionality requested by the user or customer, such as inbox connectivity, message handling, workflow routing, drafting, syncing, support operations, or related reporting and troubleshooting.
We do not use Google Workspace user data for advertising purposes.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data obtained through restricted or sensitive scopes to train general-purpose or shared AI models.
We may disclose Google user data to service providers only as necessary to provide or secure the Services, comply with law, or enforce our rights, and only subject to appropriate contractual and security restrictions.
If we materially change how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide additional notice or obtain consent.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- remember preferences and settings;
- keep users signed in and maintain session integrity;

11. Advertising and California Sale or Sharing Disclosures
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
